The Digital Challenge is a government-run competition that acts to promote the development of e-enabled local public services and encourage greater exploitation of ICT for the benefit of local communities.
The completed bids from the 10 national finalists are due to be submitted in January and the 10 bid teams are now starting to finalise their proposals.
